Product Disclosure Statement
Under the Corporations Act, a retail client must receive a Product Disclosure Statement
(PDS) from a financial services licensee before acquiring a financial product. The PDS is
the point of sale document that sets out the significant features of a financial product,
including its risks, benefits and costs.
This Document is the PDS for exchange traded
derivatives, a type of financial product.
